When a customer navigates to My Account > Licenses, they will see a list of all purchased licensed products along with relevant details.
The page is structured into two main sections:
License Key – A unique alphanumeric key representing the product license.
Purchase Date – The date when the customer acquired the license.
License Status – Displays the current status of the license. If active, it will be marked in green as “Active.”
Expiration Date – Shows the date until which technical support is available for the license or if any expiration date.
Number of Activations (Sites) – Indicates how many times the license has been activated compared to the maximum allowed activations (e.g., “1/1” means one activation is in use, and no additional activations are allowed).
Below the licensed product details, the Activations section lists all devices or clients that have been activated using the license key. This section includes:
Client Name – The device or system name where the license is currently activated (e.g., “Mac”).
Client Activation Key – A unique system-generated key tied to the machine where the license has been activated.
Activation Date – The date when the license was activated on the corresponding client.
Actions (Deactivate Button) – Users can deactivate a license from a specific client by clicking the Deactivate button. This is useful if they need to transfer the license to another device or free up activation slots.
The My Account – Licenses page offers a user-friendly and efficient way to manage purchased licenses, ensuring customers can track, activate, and control their software access seamlessly.
